1) Before use,Keep Eye Cool in refrigerator, near AC or on ice for 10-15 minutes.

2)If the Temperature of eye cool is too low,wrap a thin towel around it,before using.Place the mask on your eyes,wrapping it around your head.Keep it on your eyes for minimum 5 to 10 minutes,with your eyes closed.

3) Do not use extremely cold mask,use normally cooled one for daily purpose.
